Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Question

The following are answers to frequently asked questions. We will be very happy to answer any specific questions you may have.

Just reply to the email you have received from us and we will respond promptly. We will also provide a more detailed explanation of our approach when you respond.

Who Are Your Clients?

We work on behalf of a number of clients and respected digital agencies in the UK, USA and elswhere. All of our clients are genuine, ethical businesses in safe sectors. We do not work with clients in "bad neighborhoods" or questionable industries. We don't name clients in the initial email because client requirements change from day to day. As soon as you reply back to us, we will work out which clients are most appropriate and come back with further information and suggestions.

What content can you provide?

We are happy to agree content (for example articles, blog posts or static page content) based upon your criteria. Clearly it makes sense that the content has some kind of logical relevance to the client for whom we are arranging the link within the content but the subject must also be of genuine use to you and to your readership.

Can you provide examples?

We are very happy to provide live examples. Just mention this when you reply.

Is the content unique to me?

Yes. Each piece is specifically researched and written for you. We do not use automated spinning technology, copy and paste or any other form of cheating.

How long will each piece be?

Most pieces are in the range 400-600 words, allowing for reasonable coverage of the subject. Depending on your site and the circumstances, we can vary this for you.

Can I modify the content?

Of course. The content is yours. All we would ask is that you leave the link in the content as we have supplied it.

Where will the content be published?

The content is written for publishing on your site. Where you publish it is of course at your discretion but in order to get the best value from it, we would recommend that you publish it on a page (or blog entry) of its own and ensure that you link to it from your home page with the shortest possible path. This way the search engines and your readership alike will pick it up.

Tell me more about your writers

The content is researched and written for you by our own in-country teams. All of our writers are natives to the relevant country; we don't use the low cost third sector economy writers used by so many content firms. We have writers with expertise in most major industries and sectors. Most are educated to at least degree level, many to Masters and we even have some writers with Doctorates in their fields of expertise.

How does the link in the content work? Will I lose traffic?

The link is there to help the search engines associate industry-relevant sites - it is not designed or expected to drive traffic to the client's site. It is completely standard HTML and is included in an unobtrusive and natural way within the text we produce for you. There is no problem at all if you wish to make the link open in a separate browser tab or page using target="_blank".

Are you taking on new clients and partners?

Yes. Although the purpose of this site is to provide further information relating to the email you have received from us (rather than to sell our services), we welcome contact from anyone who believes we may be able to help. As above, just reply to the email you have received and we will respond promptly.

We hope the information provided above is useful. We are constantly working to improve our approach and feedback is very welcome.

Thanks! Rebecca & the team.
